Last updated 8 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses ExitPoint Skydiving, on the website and in the app. By using ExitPoint Skydiving, you accept them.
2. Who runs ExitPoint Skydiving
ExitPoint Skydiving is based in Sweden. You can reach us at contact@exitpointskydiving.com.
3. Free to use
All tools in ExitPoint Skydiving are free. They are provided as they are, and we can change, improve or remove tools at any time.
4. Safety comes first
ExitPoint Skydiving is a planning aid. It never replaces proper training, your instructors, the jumpmaster, the pilot, or the rules that apply where you jump. Weather data, calculations and maps can be wrong, out of date or missing. Always check conditions yourself and follow your drop zone's procedures. Every jump is your own responsibility.
5. The Regulations tool
The Regulations tool shows rulebooks from national skydiving authorities and organizations, and can answer questions using AI. AI answers can contain mistakes. The official documents always apply, so check the referenced sections before you rely on an answer.
6. Accounts and your content
Some features, such as the gear market and Find a Jump Buddy, require an account. You are responsible for what you post. Content that is illegal, offensive, misleading or that harms others is not allowed, and we may remove it or close accounts that break these rules.
7. Voluntary support
You can choose to support ExitPoint Skydiving with a voluntary payment. It is a contribution to the running costs and gives you no extra features or rights. The refund policy explains how mistakes are handled.
8. Liability
We do our best to keep ExitPoint Skydiving accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is always correct, complete or online. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of ExitPoint Skydiving.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
10. Law
Swedish law applies to these terms.
