New tool: Regulations
Today we are adding Regulations to the ExitPoint Skydiving toolbox.
Finding the exact rule in national skydiving manuals, aviation authority directives, and association rulebooks often means digging through hundred-page PDFs on your phone. Regulations puts the rules into a fast, searchable reference that anyone can use right on the dropzone.
Key features:
• Browse and search: Navigate through official regulatory documents section by section, with fast full-text search across chapters and paragraphs.
• Ask questions in plain language: Type a question (for example about cloud clearance, reserve repack intervals, license requirements, or student wind limits) and get a clear, grounded answer.
• Strict source citations: Every point cites the exact section number so you can verify the rule yourself or click to open the original text directly.
• Binding levels: The tool distinguishes between actual aviation law, mandatory association requirements, and training recommendations, so you always know how binding a rule is.
• Direct section sharing: Copy a direct link to any specific rule section to share it with jump buddies, instructors, or dropzone staff.
Like all ExitPoint tools, Regulations is free to use and requires no account or login.
However! This initial roll out will limit users to 5 questions a day and a total of 50 questions a day for the whole platform. The reason is it costs us money when using the AI questions. You can scroll through documents without limit but asking AI is limited for now.
More countries rules will be added in the future.
